The new home of Mephit Furmeet is located less than a half hour from downtown Memphis in northern Mississippi and is located on 175 wooded acres. It is newly renovated will provide a wonderful new venue for our 14th year.
Some of the features include:
- up to 47,000 sq feet of programming space
- Complimentary wireless internet available throughout the conference center and hotel
- A 24 hour Convenience Market featuring beverages, sandwiches and snacks
- Outdoor pool, sports court and fitness center
- On-premise coin laundry
- Courtesy shuttle to and from the airport (7AM - 10:30PM with 24 hour notice)
- Multiple fast food and sit down restaurants located within walking distance or just a short 4 mile drive.
- Multiple recreational activities nearby off site including golf and roller skating.
Hotel rooms are $100/night (plus 9% sales and occupancy tax) for standard rooms and can hold up to 4 people. For hotel resevations, please call Whispering Woods at (866) 851-0393 and mention Mephit Furmeet. You will be asked for a credit card to reserve a room, but no charges will be made to it until you check in or you fail to show.

We are also working on securing the Fairfeild Inn & Suites Olive Branch (located on the corner of the Whispering Woods property) as our overflow hotel. More information will be soon coming.
